Professional philosophy
My professional philosophy is centered on a single calling: deliver superior, accredited medical education to healthcare professionals while fostering medical literacy within the public. With over two decades of experience spanning private clinical practice and medical education, I bridge the gap between rigorous scientific evidence and deeply humanistic care.
Professional philosophy
Since 1999, I have delivered over 250 lectures to hospitals, universities, and healthcare conferences globally. From my work as a contributing author for Harvard-edited texts to my media contributions in the National Post, my mission remains to empower both the clinician and the patient through a deeper connection to the science of the human body.
In addition, I have educated over 500 healthcare providers on Cycle Charting and the power of progesterone.
Beyond medicine
Outside of the classroom, I am a Lindy Hop and Bachata enthusiast, a doubles tennis fiend, and a lifelong seeker of the perfect Belgian chocolate.
