Clinical expertise and educational focus

Combining scientific rigor with restorative reproductive health education.

Specialized authority in botanical safety

In an era of increasing polypharmacy, I advocate for clinical precision in the management of drug-herb interactions. My work has involved educating surgeons at North York General Hospital on botanical interactions with blood thinners and providing neurology-specific guidance for complex conditions such as Epilepsy, Parkinson’s, and Alzheimer’s.

By understanding the synergistic potential of combining pharmaceuticals with botanical medicine, we ensure patient safety and leverage the benefits of natural therapeutics.

In addition, I have educated over 500 healthcare providers on Cycle Charting and the power of progesterone.

Restorative reproductive health & body literacy

True reproductive health requires more than symptom management; it requires “body literacy” rooted in standardized biomarkers. As a Creighton Model FertilityCare Practitioner with advanced training in NaProTechnology, I teach clinicians to move beyond the inaccuracies of “Day 21” blood work.

Instead, we utilize the SOFT approach (Sensation, Observation, Finger Test) to identify the true “Peak Day” of a woman’s cycle, allowing for testing at Peak +7 based on individual physiology.

I want the world to know about “White Flow Makes Babies”, a concept I use to highlight the critical, often overlooked role of cervical fluid meeting seminal fluid in human reproduction.

By restoring the “Rule of 5”, consistent days of bleeding and sperm-friendly cervical fluid, we can accurately assess and treat hormonal imbalances and infertility.

The SPICE framework

I view cycle charting as a tool that engenders equality between partners, shifting the responsibility of family planning from a solitary burden to a shared, cooperative journey.

“I have great respect for Nora Pope and the work she has done over the past three decades advancing education around Cycle Charting and bio-identical progesterone. She was a speaker at our 2025 Exceptional ND Clinical Pearls Conference, where she shared valuable clinical perspectives on using cycle charting to establish more precise due dates. She also joined me on the Exceptional ND Podcast, and I especially appreciated hearing her discuss her work involving progesterone and epilepsy. Nora brings both depth of knowledge and genuine dedication to her field, and I’m pleased to support and recommend her work.”

“Since 1995, Nora Pope has been an advocate for Cycle Charting and Bio-identical progesterone. She was a speaker at the 2024 International Institute of Restorative Reproductive Medicine conference at the University of British Columbia where she demonstrated how to safely merge drugs with natural medicines. Drug-herb interactions can be harnessed to increase the efficacy of fertility treatments. She is also a progesterone advocate not only for fertility but for epilepsy as well.”

“Since 1995, Nora Pope has been an advocate for Cycle Charting, Bio-identical progesterone and the importance of fertile cervical fluid or White Flow. Her cycle charting course with Dr. Jessica Liu ND was so on point. They teach you how to sync up blood work, ultrasounds and treatments all in co-operation with each patient’s cycle.’’
